Norma is very active in her community having been elected a Council member for the Town of Windermere and currently serves on the Development Review Board. In addition, she was the first female Rotarian in Central Florida, has held multiple leadership posts in Rotary and is the current President Elect of the Rotary Club of Windermere. She was
appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the West Orange Healthcare District in 2014 where she currently serves as Board Chair
