CTS is the largest nonprofit blood donor testing laboratory organization in the world, testing over 22 million blood and plasma samples, at least 65% of the U.S. blood supply each year..

Our laboratories are in Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Memphis, Phoenix, San Marcos, St. Louis, and Tampa. We are owned by three of the leading U.S. blood service providers: American Red Cross, OneBlood, and Vitalant.

Creative Testing Solutions believes that being vaccinated helps provide safety and care for our employees, donors, their families, and the larger community.
