Patricia Abrego-Santucci is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in Total Rewards and global HR. She has been a board member of Creative Testing Solutions since 2023, bringing her industry knowledge and strategic vision to the organization. Patricia has a rich history in the field, having served as a board member at ITXM and Vitalant. Currently, she continues to contribute as the chairperson of the Human Resources Compensation Committee at Vitalant.
Throughout her career, Patricia has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Total Rewards at Breakthru Beverage and OfficeMax/Office Depot, as well as Director of Global Total Rewards at Ingredion. Her financial acumen and HR expertise have been instrumental in her successful career, driving significant advancements in the organizations she has served.
Patricia holds an MBA in finance from Loyola University and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Northwestern University. She also completed the Women’s Senior Leadership Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Her commitment to diversity and inclusion has been recognized with the 2017 Illinois Diversity and Inclusion Award. Additionally, she was featured in the Diversity Journal’s September 2013 issue as a Woman Worth Watching.
Patricia’s professional affiliations include past membership in the Conference Board Executive Advisory Committee and current membership in the Chicago Compensation Association Senior Executive Board and Society of Human Resources Management. She has also served on the OfficeMax CEO Diversity Leadership Council and has been a speaker at various events, including World at Work, Loyola University, and the Conference Board.
