Reminder test emails for the Health and Human Services (HHS) email notifications for WNV reactives have been sent for email changes. Please respond with any desired changes by May 10th, 2019. If no change is needed, no further action is required. The final email distribution list will be provided the week of May 20th, 2019. 
On April 15, 2019, the New CTS Laboratory Information System has been successfully implemented in Portland. We complete any pending result uploads and resume scheduled result uploads. Congratulations on this important success!    
Daylight Saving Time Begins March 10, 2019. As a friendly reminder, airlines often change their routine flights and cargo hours during Daylight Saving Time. We recommend you check with your couriers, airline carriers, and Fed-Ex or UPS if applicable to verify hours for the upcoming change so that you can avoid any issues with transportation of your samples to CTS.

As previously mentioned in Zika communications distributed on September 21 and October 12, 2018; ordering pooled Zika as well as access to the improved CTS website will be available on January 1, 2019. We are currently scheduling validation appointments in December with clients who plan to implement a Zika triggering protocol.
